Australia Post is seeking a People Services professional to support leaders with complex and sensitive people matters. The role focuses on non-work related medical cases, policy-aligned decisions and mentoring within a dynamic transformation program.
You will partner with senior People Leaders, manage medical case processes, and contribute to continuous improvement while maintaining a flexible, hybrid work arrangement that supports work-life balance.

This 6 month opportunity reports to the Manager of Advisory & Coaching and sits within a close‑knit, high‑performing team. You will partner with Business and P&C stakeholders to support the delivery of strategic people initiatives aligned to our ongoing transformation.
This role has a strong focus on non‑work related medical cases providing an opportunity to focus on process and customer experience through this service working collaboratively with other P&C teams and mentoring within the specialty.
You are motivated by partnering with the business and supporting leaders through complex and sensitive people matters. You take pride in working within policy and process while applying sound judgement, empathy and pragmatism.
