• Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to influence and mentor others.

Aufgaben

• Drive store performance by supporting sales results and overseeing key operations including merchandising, front-line, cash office, customer service and scheduling.
• Attract, recruit and cultivate top talent by providing comprehensive training and ongoing development for Associates.
• Communicate and implement action plans for projects, targets, company initiatives, and store changes.
• Coordinate loss prevention and store layout improvements to meet sales, expense and service targets.
