Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking an HR professional to lead local South Pacific HR programs, partnering with People Business Partners and CoE to deliver global initiatives. You will advise managers, manage employee relations, and drive improvements across onboarding, offboarding, and career transitions.

You will apply data analytics to identify trends, support ethics investigations, and leverage AI to optimise HR service delivery in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years HR or business experience.
• Proven ownership of competing priorities and timelines.
• Experience in a multinational environment preferred (CPG/FMCG).
• Strong advisory skills to coach managers and employees.
• Ability to drive continuous improvement in HR programs.

Responsibilities

• Execute global HR programs including performance management, talent planning, learning & development and compensation.
• Support the People Experience team to implement new global programs with CoE.
• Ensure high quality onboarding, offboarding, and career transitions.
• Coach and advise managers on employee relations, performance, career development, and leadership.
• Manage employee relations cases with Legal and business stakeholders.
• Partner with Ethics & Compliance on investigations.
• Utilize data analytics to identify trends and translate insights into actions.
• Drive continuous improvement using AI and digital tools to optimise HR service delivery.
• Provide on-the-ground feedback to People, CoE, and CBS- to keep the function connected.
• Participate in agile Global People projects and initiatives.
