Job summary

Workpac Group is recruiting a Senior Manager: People & Culture to lead HR, payroll, learning and development, WH&S and compliance across regional operations. The role reports directly to the CEO and steers recruitment, industrial relations and employee engagement.

Based in Rockhampton, you will drive strategic HR initiatives, build strong stakeholder relationships and ensure consistent practices across sites, while handling complex employee relations matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline (must have).
• Minimum 5 years’ managerial-level HR/People & Culture experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation, industrial awards and employee relations.
• Proven experience providing strategic HR advice and implementing people strategies.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with ability to prioritise competing demands.

About the Position

Our client is seeking an experienced Manager: People and Culture to lead the organisation’s people, culture and industrial relations functions across its regional operations.
