Job summary

CG&C Group is seeking an experienced People and Culture Manager to join our leadership team and shape our people strategy across sites. This hands-on role blends strategic thinking with practical delivery, collaborating with the CEO and senior leaders to attract, develop and retain talent while embedding our values and compliant HR practices.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a senior HR leadership or business partnering role.
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR practices.
• Demonstrated success developing leaders and supporting organisational growth.
• Excellent communication, judgement and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience across multiple sites or business units is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the executive and leadership team to align people strategies with business goals.
• Lead and continuously improve the Group's People and Culture framework.
• Coach, mentor and support leaders to build capable, accountable and high-performing teams.
• Drive leadership development, succession planning and career pathway initiatives.
• Lead workforce planning, recruitment and talent attraction strategies.
• Support leaders in managing employee relations, performance and workplace matters.
• Oversee remuneration reviews, workforce capability planning and organisational development initiatives.
• Analyse workforce trends and employee feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain practical and compliant HR policies, systems and processes that support business performance.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and contemporary HR practices across the Group.
