Built Living is seeking a People & Culture Manager for its Advanced Manufacturing Facility in Neerabup. You will partner with leadership to translate business plans into practical workforce, industrial relations, capability, engagement and organisational initiatives across factory, project and corporate teams.

You will lead performance reviews, remuneration cycles, talent identification, succession planning and engagement surveys, embedding Built Worthy values and improving leadership capability

Qualifications

• Ten years’ HR generalist experience with business partnering and employee relations responsibility.
• Experience establishing or scaling people processes in a new facility, project, or business unit is highly desirable.
• Strong capability across workforce planning, employee relations, IR, organisational change and learning.

Responsabilités

• Partner with AMF leadership to convert business plans into an integrated people plan.
• Provide workforce analytics and advisory support for strategic decisions.
• Coach leaders to strengthen accountability and people practices.
• Lead workforce design, role requirements, headcount phasing, and succession needs.
• Coordinate mobilisation for construction, commissioning and ramp-up with Talent Acquisition and operations.
• Apply employment contracts, policies, modern awards and enterprise agreements relevant to the AMF and construction workforce.
• Lead performance reviews, remuneration reviews, talent identification, and engagement initiatives.
• Embed Built Worthy values across the AMF workforce.
• Develop frontline leadership capability in performance management and IR.
• Support apprenticeship, graduate and trainee pathways aligned with workforce strategy.
• Lead and develop P&C team members assigned to the AMF.
