Job summary

A private transport company in Victoria seeks an experienced Manager, Human Resources to join their People and Culture team. This 8-month parental leave position offers a chance to lead HR operations across multiple sites and contribute to a people-first culture. Qualifications

  • Experience in a Management position within Human Resources or significant experience in a Team Leader/Supervisor role.
  • Strong knowledge of contemporary HR, ER, and IR practices.
  • Ability to work autonomously within a complex, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide HR advice and support to managers and staff.
  • Oversee grievance and performance management issues.
  • Develop and monitor policies based on relevant legislation.
  • Lead HR strategies and initiatives aligning with business strategies.
  • Contribute to staff engagement action plans.
