Job summary

Perpetual Group, headquartered in Sydney, is seeking a People & Culture Associate to join the PCT team on a 12-month maximum-term contract with potential for permanent opportunities. You'll support HR operations, lifecycle processes, learning activities and Day-to-day people support, helping leaders and employees across recruitment, onboarding and records management in a broad, hands-on role.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR, people services or HR operations.
• Understanding of HR policies and legislation.
• Workday experience preferred.
• Strong customer service mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Support employee lifecycle processes including recruitment, onboarding, job changes, compensation, WHS, performance management and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate HR records and files, ensuring documents are complete, compliant and correctly filed.
• Administer background screening and help maintain the visa sponsorship program.
• Provide practical guidance to people leaders and employees on people processes and Workday activity.
• Support improvements to HR processes, procedures, systems and communication channels.
• Coordinate employee experience and learning activity, including surveys, induction, leadership programs and wellbeing events.
• Work collaboratively across the PCT People & Culture team, providing support across HR operations, business partnering, learning and talent acquisition when needed.
