JOB DESCRIPTION

At PwC Australia, the People at PwC Advisory team provides comprehensive support throughout the employee life cycle and supports on key initiatives, such as performance management support and annual reviews, which contribute to the organisation’s commercial success. As a People at PwC Advisory | Senior Associate, you will be an integral part of an HR Shared Services team, providing HR advisory support to our Partners and Team Leaders, working with stakeholders across various teams.

What you’ll do :
  • Utilise the People & Culture case management platform ServiceNow for case management and ServiceNow chat, alongside Enboarder for probation management, supporting team leaders proactively and offering necessary assistance.
  • Provide performance management support for Team Leaders, guiding end-to-end Performance Improvement plans, and manage wellness and wellbeing cases in collaboration with SMEs in WH&S.
  • Oversee leave management by utilising dashboards to routinely track and review leave balances.
  • Contribute to our Leaders at PwC service offering, which is structured to empower our leaders to excel as effective managers for our teams.
  • Play a key role in PwC Employee lifecycle programs, supporting business and business partners in delivering projects like Annual Review and Talent Review.
  • Drive a values-based culture to enhance performance, provide commercial People & Culture advice, resolve performance and conduct issues, and support Team Leaders in fostering a respectful and inclusive environment.
  • Continue to find ways to help broaden our service offerings.
What we’re looking for :
  • Demonstrated expertise in HR Shared Services or HR Advisory.
  • Experience in a junior generalist role, offering a broad understanding of HR functions.
  • Proven ability in stakeholder management.
  • Skilled in case management, efficiently handling HR-related issues, specifically around performance management.
  • Participated in strategic operational transformation projects, driving improvements and innovations to enhance business processes.
