Job summary

Bapcor Limited is building a talent pool for experienced HR and Payroll professionals for upcoming temporary and casual opportunities within our People & Payroll Services team across Australia.

If you have experience in HR/People Services, Payroll processing, systems and compliance, you’ll contribute to delivering a great people experience in a fast-paced environment and be part of a dynamic, inclusive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR/People Services operations and advisory.
• Experience with end-to-end payroll processing and systems.
• Experience with employee data administration and data accuracy.
• Experience in reporting and analytics for payroll/HRT data.
• Experience configuring and maintaining HR/Payroll systems (Oracle, SmartRecruiters, UKG, Dayforce).
• Ability to map business processes and perform analysis to support improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR/People Services support and advisory services.
• Handle payroll processing tasks and ensure system accuracy.
• Manage employee data administration and integrity across systems.
• Produce payroll/HR analytics and reports for stakeholders.
• Assist with system configuration and ongoing maintenance of HR/payroll platforms.
