Job summary

CyberCX is seeking a Penetration Tester to carry out testing and vulnerability assessments for clients, with oversight from a senior team member. The role focuses on delivering high-quality penetration tests across applications, networks, systems and infrastructure.

You will prepare detailed reports, make practical recommendations, and engage with customers to discuss findings and next steps. Collaboration across teams and continuous improvement are expected in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in information systems, software development or a similar field.
• Penetration testing certifications such as OSCP preferred but not essential.
• A minimum of 2 years as a security testing practitioner with client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver application, network, systems, and infrastructure penetration tests for customers with supervision.
• Prepare high quality reports detailing security issues, recommendations and next steps.
• Build and promote strong relationships with customers and explore opportunities within accounts.
• Ensure KPIs around client expectations, delivery deadlines and quality are met.
