Job summary

Melaleuca Therapies on the Gove Peninsula and East Arnhem Land seeks an experienced Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist to lead our OT and Physiotherapy team while maintaining a varied clinical caseload.

You will provide clinical leadership, mentor staff, oversee service quality, and help shape Allied Health services across the region, across clinic, community and remote outreach settings, with travel to remote communities.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration.
• Minimum 5 years' postgraduate experience.
• Advanced paediatric clinical skills.
• Leadership or supervision experience.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Passion for culturally responsive, evidence-based care.
• Willingness to travel to remote communities.
• Experience in remote practice, NDIS and neurodiversity-affirming care valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead the OT and Physiotherapy team and maintain a varied clinical caseload.
• Provide clinical leadership, mentor and support staff, oversee service quality.
• Contribute to workforce planning and help shape Allied Health services across the region.
• Work across clinic, community and remote outreach settings.
