Job summary

Mediix in North East Adelaide is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a warm paediatric clinic delivering early intervention and school-age therapy services. You will work in a purpose-built space and in local schools, providing evidence-based, play-based therapy to children funded by NDIS, Medicare or private clients.

Deliver 1:1 therapy, develop family-centred goals and collaborate with families, educators and health professionals.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
• Current AHPRA registration.
• Valid WWCC, RRHAN-EC, and First Aid.
• Australian driver's licence.
• Genuine interest in working with children and families.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Creativity and energy for engaging, play-based therapy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 therapy to children in-centre and at school.
• Develop individualised, family-centred goals and intervention plans.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and other health professionals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes.
• Be a valued member of a multidisciplinary team that upholds core values.
