Job summary

The Department for Education, South Australia is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join the Children’s Centres team in Murray Bridge. You will deliver evidence-based services to support healthy development for babies, children and families across health, family support and education hubs.

As part of an interdisciplinary team you will apply attachment theory, trauma-informed practice and cultural responsiveness, supporting learning and wellbeing within community, home and learning environments

Qualifications

• Current and full registration with the Occupational Therapy Board of Australia.
• Desirable: NIL.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services drawing upon attachment theory, trauma-informed practice, cultural responsiveness, and a strengths‑based approach.
• Work as part of interdisciplinary teams with families, government and community colleagues across home and learning environments.
