• Personal care: bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, feeding; promote independence with dignity and safety.
• Documentation: chart and report changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Safety: support infection control, sanitation, and safe patient handling.
• Child development: engage in play to promote motor and cognitive skills; supervise at all times.
