Job summary

Sydney Children’s Hospitals Network is seeking a Pay, Rostering and People Assist Officer to support rostering, payroll and HR services at Westmead. The role focuses on timely, quality customer service and system maintenance.

You will work within SCHN to ensure accurate processing of transactions, liaising with managers and staff while upholding NSW Health standards and child safety commitments.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service to support rostering, pay administration and employee services functions.
• Maintain and support HRIS, rostering and other workforce service related systems.
• Liaise with managers and SCHN employees to process transactional service activities promptly and professionally.
