Job summary

Peoplecorp partners with a leading organisation to recruit an experienced Payroll Manager to lead the delivery of payroll services within a large and complex operating environment in NSW, Australia. Reporting to Head of HR Shared Services, you will own end-to-end payroll, manage a team, ensure accuracy, compliance with Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements, and drive process improvements.

• Extensive payroll management experience in a large, complex organisation.
• Experience with multiple Enterprise Agreements and Modern Awards.
• Experience with complex payroll and HR systems; Dayforce, Kronos, Workday or ServiceNow preferred.
• Hands-on Payroll Manager who balances operational delivery with transformation.

Peoplecorp is partnering with a leading organisation to recruit an experienced Payroll Manager to lead the delivery of payroll services within a large and complex operating environment.

THE ROLE

Reporting to the Head of HR Shared Services, this role will take ownership of the end-to-end payroll function, leading a team of payroll professionals. You will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of payroll services, maintaining compliance with relevant legislation, Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements, whilst driving operational efficiencies and continuous improvement. THE CRITERIA

To be successful, you will bring extensive payroll management experience gained within a large, complex organisation, ideally with exposure to multiple Enterprise Agreements and Modern Awards.
Experience working with complex payroll and HR systems is essential, with exposure to Dayforce, Kronos, Workday or ServiceNow highly regarded.
You will be a confident and collaborative leader with excellent stakeholder management skills, a strong attention to detail and a proven ability to drive process improvement. This opportunity will suit a hands on Payroll Manager who enjoys balancing operational delivery with broader payroll transformation and service optimisation.
