Job summary

Synechron is seeking a Technical Program Manager with strong Cards & Payments expertise to drive Visa scheme compliance releases and VCX initiatives.

You will lead cross-functional teams across technology, operations and vendors, manage governance, testing, deployment and regulatory changes to ensure timely, risk-aware delivery.

With a track record of large-scale programme delivery, you will enable smooth transition to business-as-usual and provide clear stakeholder updates.

Qualifications

• Visa scheme compliance releases and VCX initiatives delivery experience.
• Cross-functional programme leadership across technology, operations, and vendors.
• Experience with testing, governance, deployment and regulatory change.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Visa scheme-mandated initiatives, including VCX migration, on schedule.
• Lead cross-functional teams to plan, coordinate and execute programme activities.
• Establish governance, reporting, and progress visibility for stakeholders.
• Drive testing, deployment, cutover and production readiness with minimal impact.
• Support readiness and transition to BAU through handover and knowledge transfer.
• Produce artefacts: plans, RAID logs, governance reports, roadmaps, deployment plans.
