Job summary

Lanson Partners is seeking a Senior Audit Manager with deep payments domain expertise and strong audit and risk leadership capabilities to deliver meaningful assurance outcomes for the company and its customers.

You will oversee audits across Payments, Payment Acceptance, Operational Resilience and Operational Risk Management, lead end-to-end engagements, and provide pragmatic insights to senior stakeholders while driving continuous improvement in audit delivery using AI and data analytics.

Qualifications

Deep end-to-end payments expertise combined with strong audit and risk capability.
Experience in internal or external audit within business banking.
Knowledge of payment systems: domestic, international, card, digital wallets.
Understanding of end-to-end payment workflows and supporting platforms.
Familiarity with fraud prevention, payment security, and scheme rules.
Experience using AI tools and data analytics to enhance audit insights.

Responsibilities

Oversee delivery of audits across Payments, Payment Acceptance, Operational Resilience and Operational Risk Management.
Lead end-to-end audit engagements (Planning, Fieldwork, Reporting and Closure).
Provide clear, pragmatic insights to senior stakeholders across payments, merchant services and digital banking.
Build and maintain trusted relationships across the business, influencing stakeholders at all levels including senior leadership.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation in audit delivery, including leveraging AI and data analytics techniques.
