SA Health is seeking a Patient Services Assistant within the Southern Adelaide Local Health Network’s Hotel Services across Flinders Medical Centre, Noarlunga Hospital, Repat Health Precinct, and Jamie Larcombe Centre. The role operates on a 7-day roster, handling indirect patient care, catering, and logistics to support a safe, efficient hospital environment.

Applicants should have customer service experience and be able to work in a physically demanding role.

• Hourly Rate: $31.48 per hour Plus 25% Casual Loading WHA3
• Weekly Salary - $1,196.36 WHA3
• 7 day Roster

As a member of the hotel services team, our Patient Services Assistants work across a rotating 24/7 roster undertaking a diverse range of indirect care including:

• Cleaning as per the SA Health Cleaning Standards for Health Care facilities.
• Preparation, catering and serving of meals to patients.
• Fetch and Carry Handling Tasks.
• Assisting with loading, unloading, and transporting patients with the appropriate equipment.

As a self-motivated person, you will have experience in delivering quality customer service. Empathy is a big part of the role, and we want you to bring your life and work experience to enable us to provide our patients a safe and caring environment. The role can be physically demanding, not only is this a great way to keep fit and physical but manual dexterity will go a long way to helping you succeed.
