Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in food services within hospital, aged care or hospitality.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Passion for patient care and nutrition; reliable and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and collect meal trays and Burlodge trolleys to service areas.
• Regenerate and prepare meals per production and clinical needs, including special functions.
• Clean and sanitise food trays, preparation areas and kitchen equipment.
• Operate dishwashers and other food service equipment safely and efficiently.
• Restock pantries and trolleys and maintain food stock levels.
• Complete all food safety and cleaning documentation accurately and on time.
