Experience in specimen collection, medical terminology or data entry is preferred, but not essential as on the job training will be provided. Minimal shift work required.
Classification for this position will be at the OPS1 or OPS2 level, depending on the skills and experience of the successful applicant. In this administrative support role, you will assist in the delivery of efficient, high‑quality services across a range of clerical functions, including data entry, reception duties, filing, and records management. Your attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures will ensure the smooth flow of information and support day‑to‑day team operations.
As you grow into the role, you may take on additional responsibilities aligned with the OPS2 level, including more complex tasks, prioritising competing demands, and working with greater autonomy. You will be part of a supportive team environment that values initiative, reliability, and a strong commitment to client service.
