We are currently seeking highly experienced Pathology Specimen Collectors to join our Home Visits Team to service the Newcastle, NSW and surrounding areas. Full-time, Part-time and Casual positions available.

About the Role

We are currently seeking experienced Pathology Specimen Collector to join our Home Visits Team in the Newcastle; NSW region. Your primary duties will be to take blood and other specimens from patients including performing ECGs and Holter monitoring in domestic and aged care settings.

Skills and Experience

• Collection of blood and other samples from patients in residential homes and aged care facilities.
• Experience in ECGs and Holter monitors
• Processing of Pathology Specimens
• Ability to work alone and as part of a busy team
• Clerical duties and Process paperwork
• Current NSW driver licence
• Ability to communicate with the team, referring Doctors and patients
• Ability to provide dedication to patient care and service delivery
• Ability to demonstrate organisation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to priorities and work under pressure
• Comply with Work Health and Safety
