Job summary

Volvo Group Australia is seeking a Storeperson to join our Parts team. This hands-on role focuses on receiving, storing, picking and dispatching parts to support workshops and customers in a fast-paced environment.

You will thrive in a team-driven culture, bring strong attention to detail and customer service skills, and have the ability to work independently or with colleagues. Forklift experience is highly desirable and internal systems training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Previous warehousing, stores or parts experience is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment.
• Forklift licence or experience operating warehouse equipment desirable.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and checking incoming goods for accuracy and damage.
• Picking, packing and dispatching parts orders.
• Operating warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Conducting stock counts and assisting with inventory control.
• Providing parts support and over-the-counter service to internal customers.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment.
• Completing deliveries and stock pick-ups when required.
• Working closely with the Parts team to ensure excellent service levels.
