Job summary

Penske Australia is seeking a reliable Storeperson to join our Production Centre team in Wacol. You will handle receiving, checking and managing inventory to ensure parts are available for workshop and production needs, while maintaining accurate stock records and supporting safety in a collaborative environment.

The role offers hands-on warehouse duties with opportunities to work across production activities and contribute to stock accuracy and timely supplies for day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or storeperson experience in a parts or inventory environment.
• Current and valid Forklift Ticket.
• Understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control and stock handling.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in stock checks.
• Ability to follow written instructions and established procedures; safety focused.

Responsibilities

• Receive and check incoming inventory from branches and suppliers.
• Process inventory receipts and maintain stock records.
• Ensure timely supply of parts for workshop and production.
• Maintain stock levels and storage practices.
• Assist with decanting and Power Generation support.
• Participate in cycle counts and resolve stock discrepancies.
• Identify and report product quality issues.
• Monitor consumable stock and advise replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse; collaborate with production teams.
