Job summary

Intersales in NSW seeks a dedicated Parts Interpreter to ensure customers receive the correct parts promptly while upholding high service standards. You will build strong relationships, interpret requirements, manage orders end-to-end, including back orders, and maintain strict inventory controls.

Ideal candidates demonstrate initiative, teamwork, excellent communication and computer skills, with strong organisation and reliability. Forklift and Class C licences are required.

Our Parts Interpreters are responsible for ensuring customers are supplied with the correct parts in a timely manner, whilst maintaining high customer service.

As a key member of our parts team, you will be responsible for:

Building strong customer relationships

Interpreting customer’s parts requirements ensuring appropriate parts are supplied

Following parts orders from start to finish including back orders and short shipments

Adhering to strong inventory controls
