Job summary

JAS Auto Electrical Parts is seeking a motivated Parts Interpreter/Internal Sales to join our team in Brisbane. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handle inbound phone sales, and support branch sales growth with accurate pricing and product information.

Whether you come from a parts interpreting, internal sales, trade sales, or customer service background, this role offers ongoing development, staff discounts across the Bapcor network, and a clear path to career progression

Qualifications

• Experience in parts interpreting, internal sales, phone sales or customer service.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Good computer skills and experience using sales or inventory systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• A proactive, customer-focused attitude.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing inbound phone sales enquiries and processing customer orders.
• Identifying and interpreting automotive and auto electrical parts requirements.
• Providing accurate pricing, product information and availability advice.
• Assisting customers at the trade counter.
• Building strong customer relationships and supporting repeat business.
• Following up quotations and sales opportunities.
• Processing invoices, credits and returns (RMAs).
• Working closely with the team to achieve branch sales targets.
