Job summary

Burson, Australia's preferred trade supplier of parts, tools and workshop equipment, is hiring a Salesperson/Parts Interpreter for our Kangaroo Flat store. You will deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and play a key role in supporting our loyal customer base.

We welcome applicants with auto parts experience or a strong interest in the industry and provide training and support to help you hit the ground running.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication skills.
• Experience or a passion for auto parts.
• Well presented with a great phone manner.
• Ability to influence & negotiate and translate technical problems into simple solutions.
• Background in European vehicles would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Inbound phone & online sales processing
