Job summary

Burson in Orange, NSW is seeking a motivated Salesperson/Parts Interpreter to join our friendly team. You’ll deliver outstanding customer service, assist customers with parts selections, and process in-store and online orders in a fast-paced environment.

Training and support are provided, with a focus on automotive parts knowledge and hands-on learning. If you enjoy a hands-on role and have a passion for cars, you’ll fit right in and help keep our customers moving.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Interest or experience in auto parts.
• Well-presented with a professional phone manner.
• Ability to translate technical issues into simple solutions.
• Experience with European vehicles is a plus.

• Handle inbound phone and online sales processing.

Job Description

We have a great opportunity for a motivated Salesperson/ Parts Interpreter to join our experienced and friendly team in Orange. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on delivering outstanding customer service and enjoys being part of a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment.

You’ll be supporting our loyal customer base and working closely with a knowledgeable team who are passionate about what they do. Whether you bring prior Auto Parts experience or a genuine interest in learning the industry, you’ll hit the ground running with training and support behind you.
