Want to grow your career while helping people find a job they love? At Breakthru, you won’t be stuck behind a desk—you’ll be out in the community, working side‑by‑side with clients where it matters most. As part of the Royal Rehab Group, you’ll be backed by one of Australia’s most respected not‑for‑profits, with over 125 years of experience delivering life‑changing disability and rehabilitation services.
Breakthru is proud to be selected by the Department of Social Services to deliver the new Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) program across key regions in New South Wales and Queensland. As a Partnerships Coach you’ll work side‑by‑side with participants and employers to explore career goals, build confidence, and support them into meaningful employment.
You bring empathy, energy, and a strong drive to make a difference. With experience, or a genuine passion, for employment services, you’re confident supporting people, building trust and guiding them into meaningful careers. You’re outcomes focused, highly organised and thrive in a fast‑paced, people‑first environment. You love taking the time to really understand an employer’s business, its people, culture and challenges so you can identify staffing solutions that truly fit. Your relationship‑building skills help you connect with clients and employers alike, while your confidence in delivering training and knowledge of inclusive employment practices allows you to make a lasting impact. You’re proactive with marketing and networking, and your attention to detail ensures records are kept accurately and professionally. Above all, you approach your work with integrity, confidentiality, and a commitment to delivering high‑quality, person‑centred service.
