Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Partner Solutions Architect, AI Builder based in Australia.

As a Partner Solutions Architect, you will help establish a modern, AI-ready backend platform as the preferred solution across leading AI builder ecosystems. You will collaborate with partner Solutions Architects and Engineering teams to identify developer challenges and demonstrate how integrated backend capabilities can address them. Through technical education, hands-on support, and strategic enablement, you will strengthen partner relationships and accelerate developer adoption. You will create practical resources, reference architectures, and compelling demonstrations that make complex integrations easier to understand and implement. The role also involves supporting active opportunities, sharing technical insights, and influencing product direction through close collaboration with internal teams. This is an opportunity to shape how developers build and scale the next generation of AI-native applications and agents in a fast-moving, globally distributed environment.

Accountabilities

You will work across technical evangelism, partner enablement, implementation support, and thought leadership to strengthen collaboration with AI builder platforms and improve developer outcomes.

  • Build strong technical relationships with partner Solutions Architects and Engineering teams, initially focusing on defined use cases and application or agent migration initiatives.

  • Develop and deliver technical workshops, training materials, and enablement resources that help partners confidently recommend and position the platform.

  • Create demonstrations, integration guides, and reference architectures that clearly explain how the backend platform works with leading AI development ecosystems.

  • Collaborate with partner Solutions Architects on active opportunities, helping resolve technical questions and advance potential deals.

  • Identify and address implementation blockers faced by partner technical teams, ensuring they can effectively support the developers they work with.

  • Troubleshoot complex integration challenges and turn successful solutions into reusable documentation and technical resources.

  • Maintain close collaboration with Product and Engineering teams to ensure partner guidance reflects current platform capabilities and developments.

  • Track and measure performance through partner-sourced opportunities, influenced deals, and technical enablement metrics.

  • Write technical blog posts and case studies showcasing real-world implementations and integrations.

  • Represent the organization at industry conferences, developer meetups, and partner-sponsored events.

  • Develop video content and interactive learning experiences that help partner technical teams become proficient more quickly.

Requirements

The ideal candidate combines substantial hands-on technical experience with a strong understanding of AI builder ecosystems, partner relationships, and developer needs.

  • At least 5 years of experience in technical roles, with extensive practical experience building on modern AI infrastructure.

  • Previous experience working at Anthropic, OpenAI, Vercel, Lovable, or a comparable AI builder platform, or working as a partner to one of these organizations. This experience is required.

  • Strong understanding of how partner Solutions Architects operate, including their incentives, recommendation processes, and influence on developer technology decisions.

  • Solid technical knowledge of PostgreSQL, APIs, and modern development frameworks such as React and Next.js.

  • Familiarity with AI and agent development tools, including LLM APIs, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and agent frameworks.

  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills, particularly when working with external technical stakeholders.

  • Comfortable working independently in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and developing processes and playbooks from the ground up.

  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and genuine enthusiasm for helping developers build the next generation of AI-native products.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear technical documentation and educational content.

Benefits
  • Fully remote work: Work from anywhere, with no requirement to work from a physical office.

  • Co-working allowance: Access to a WeWork membership or co-working budget to support your preferred working environment.

  • Equity ownership: Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP), giving team members an opportunity to share in the company's growth.

  • Technology allowance: Budget to purchase equipment such as a laptop, monitor, headphones, and other tools needed for your work.

  • Health coverage: 100% of employee health insurance costs covered, plus 80% coverage for dependents, wherever you are.
