Job summary

Pax8 in Australia is seeking an MSP Growth & Enablement Specialist to help technology partners embrace AI, accelerate growth and thrive in the cloud economy.

You will design learning programs, run instructor‑led sessions, build peer communities, and coach partners on using AI productivity tools, joining cross‑functional teams.

This hybrid role offers ongoing learning, exposure to emerging tech like Copilot, Gemini, Claude, and opportunities to shape partner education at Pax8.

Champion AI Adoption

• Advocate for practical and responsible use of AI productivity tools.
• Coach partners and internal teams on leveraging AI to learn faster, improve productivity and increase efficiency.
• Embed AI‑driven learning approaches into programmes, resources and enablement initiatives.
• Stay ahead of emerging AI trends and bring fresh thinking into the partner education experience.

Drive Continuous Improvement

• Collaborate across Academy and business teams to enhance learning experiences.
• Contribute to department objectives and strategic initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve engagement, effectiveness and partner outcomes.
• Support the mission of delivering the right learning, to the right partner, in the right way.

Background Checks
