Job summary

William Buck NSW is seeking a Partner to lead our Business Advisory practice. You will manage a significant client portfolio, drive strategic advisory engagements, and mentor directors and managers within the firm.

This senior role requires CA or CPA qualification, 15+ years in public practice, and a proven track record in business development, revenue growth, and stakeholder management. You will shape long-term strategy and help grow the firm’s market presence.

• Lead and grow a portfolio of business advisory clients across a range of industries.
• Provide strategic and commercial advice to business owners, executives, and stakeholders.
• Drive business development and identify opportunities for growth across existing and prospective clients.
• Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key clients and referral networks.
• Lead complex advisory engagements, ensuring quality, profitability, and client satisfaction.
• Mentor and develop directors, managers, and emerging leaders within the firm.
• Contribute to the firm's strategic planning, governance, and operational leadership.
• Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
• Represent the firm within the business community and professional networks.
