Job summary

Camden County College is seeking aTemporary Part-time Testing Center Proctor at the Camden City Campus. The role involves maintaining test security, administering College Placement and HiSET tests, and handling student and faculty inquiries with professionalism.

Responsibilities include organizing paperwork, answering phones, and executing tasks from the Director, Testing Technician, and HiSET Coordinator in a fast-paced testing center environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/Associates Degree preferred.
• 1 year experience in education, testing environment, or customer service.
• Experience with computers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a busy environment with a diverse population.
• Good organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain test security and test files.
• Administer College Placement Testing, HiSET Testing, Paper-Pencil Testing, TEAS Testing.
• Maintain all paperwork in an organized manner.
• Ability to communicate issues that arise both verbally and in writing.
• Handle student and faculty questions and requests in person and on the phone in a professional and customer friendly manner.
• Answer phones when necessary.
• Carry out tasks assigned by the Director, Testing Technician, and HiSET Coordinator.
