Job summary

Best & Less in Sefton is seeking a Part-Time Team Member to join a passionate and supportive team. You will create a unique shopping experience, help keep shelves stocked, and ensure the store looks its best while on the sales floor.

You will be on your feet most of the shift, work with a close-knit team to develop the Bestie culture, and enjoy flexible casual hours during the day across the week in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in retail or customer service.
• Available to work flexible casual hours during the day throughout the week.
• Desire to develop your career in retail.
• Passionate about the customer experience.

The Role

Best & Less has an opportunity for a Part-Time Team Member to join the passionate and supportive team based at our Sefton store. This role is Part-Time with potential to progress into a relief management position.

As an integral member of the Sefton 'Bestie' team, you will be supported by a team who are genuinely interested in your success, have a 'down to earth' approach, are passionate about our product and genuinely enjoy working together!
