NSW Department of Education is seeking a part-time School Maintainer (0.4FTE) to support the upkeep of departmental schools and grounds in Queanbeyan. The role requires good planning, prioritising and communication to coordinate routine maintenance and safety reporting.

You may assist with furniture setup, distribute supplies and monitor equipment while ensuring compliance with safety procedures and reporting faults promptly. A talent pool may be created for similar roles for 12 months.

Qualifications

• Good planning and prioritising skills.
• Good communication skills to work with others.
• Ability to perform routine maintenance and upkeep of school grounds.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine maintenance and upkeep of Departmental School/grounds.
• Assist with set up and removal of furniture and equipment for school activities.
• Identify and report maintenance and safety issues.
• Receive, store and distribute supplies and monitor equipment.
• Report faults and participate in safety checks.
