Job summary

Cleanworks Australia is seeking a friendly, reliable Cleaner to help maintain a clean, safe school environment at Aberfoyle Park, SA. The role covers classrooms, offices, staff areas and outdoor spaces with daily duties including vacuuming, mopping and sanitising high-touch surfaces.

You will join a supportive team and work 2.5 hours per day from 4 PM, Monday to Friday. A valid Working with Children Check and Police Check are required.

Position: Part-time Cleaner

Hours: Monday-Friday | 2.5 hours per day starts at 4PM

Start Date: 23 September 2026

What you'll be cleaning

• Classrooms and office spaces
• Staff rooms and kitchen areas

• Hallways, entryways and common areas
• Outdoor areas as required

Your daily duties may include

• Vacuuming, mopping and dusting
• Cleaning amenities and shared spaces
• Removing rubbish and restocking consumables
• Sanitising high-touch surfaces
• Maintaining high cleaning standards across the site

Requirements

• Available to work 2.5 hours per day starts at 4PM, Monday-Friday
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, client-focused approach
• Current and valid Working with Children Check and Police Check
• Previous experience in commercial and school cleaning, with knowledge of periodical cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, window cleaning, and operating scrubber machines (preferred)
• Reliable, adaptable, and enjoys working in a dynamic environment, including responding to occasional cleaning emergency call‑outs
• Able to work both independently and as part of a supportive team while maintaining high cleaning standards
