Lacoste Harbour Town is seeking enthusiastic Part Time Sales Assistants to join our team as we relaunch the brand in Australia. Be part of a historic moment, bring energy, style and a customer-first mindset to every interaction.

You will help deliver exceptional service, support brand standards, and contribute to a welcoming shopping experience. Availability for late nights and weekends is preferred as part of a busy retail calendar on the Gold Coast.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience in retail, hospitality or supermarket settings.
• Passionate about fashion, luxury streetwear and sneaker culture.
• Comfortable and confident working in a busy, energetic team environment.
• Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Open to constructive feedback and keen to learn.
• Available for late-night trade and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Bringing positive energy to every shift, supporting your teammates, and helping make the store a welcoming place for customers.
• Contribute to store sales goals by delivering exceptional customer service, confidently engaging with customers, and driving add-on sales to help the team reach sales targets.
• Bring the brand vision to life by representing our brand values in how you interact with customers, maintain the store, and deliver consistent, high-quality service.
• Engaging with customers, offering styling advice or product knowledge, and ensuring every customer has a memorable experience.
• Maintain Visual Merchandising standards by keeping the store tidy, well-presented, and aligned with current visual guidelines so it always looks its best.
• Champion a fun and safe store environment by following all safety procedures, promoting teamwork, and helping ensure every customer and team member enjoys their time in store.
