Job summary

Prouds the Jewellers is seeking a motivated Sales Professional for our Carnes Hill team. You will provide exceptional, personalised service to help customers find their ideal jewellery pieces while driving sales and customer satisfaction.

Join a legacy brand known for quality and timeless pieces. You will participate in in-house training, support stock and merchandising tasks, and contribute to a positive, fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• Proven 1-on-1 selling experience with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and autonomously.
• Willingness to work across a seven-day store roster.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional, personalised service to help customers find their ideal jewellery pieces.
• Achieve set sales targets and KPIs.
• Complete in-house training to stay up to date with products, sales skills, and procedures.
• Handle stock replenishment, tagging, repairs, merchandising, and housekeeping.

What We Are Looking For

• Exceptional 1-on-1 selling skills whilst providing outstanding customer service experiences
• A proven track record of achieving beyond sales targets and KPIs
• Ability to work productively, individually and as part of a team
• Flexibility with working across our seven-day store roster

What You Will Be Doing

• Creating professional and personalised service for our customers to find their ideal jewellery piece(s)
• Achievement of set sales targets and KPIs
• Completing in-house training to keep up to date with product knowledge, sales skills and policies & procedures
• Operational tasks including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, customer repairs, merchandising and general housekeeping
