Ally Fashion Colonnades is seeking a Part-time Sales Assistant to deliver an amazing customer experience, build rapport with regular customers, and provide fashion consultation in a fast-paced environment. You will be an ambassador of Ally Fashion values, supporting stock, merchandising, and various store duties.

This role requires flexibility to work rotational weekend rosters, including late-night trade, on the sales floor, at the register, fitting rooms, and in-store reserves.

Qualifications

• Genuine love for fashion and ability to stay on the pulse of current trends.
• Experience in retail is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stock levels and assist with replenishment.
• Engage with customers to provide fashion consultation and build rapport.
• Drive store sales through expert product knowledge and service excellence.
• Support visual merchandising and in-store displays to enhance shopping experience.

We are on the lookout for an energic Part-time Sales Assistantto JOIN our Colonnades store!

ABOUT THE ROLE

This role will see the successful candidate being focused on delivering an AMAZING customer experience to every customer in our stores, building rapports with regular customers, and recognizing the loyal customers to provide care and fashion consultation in a professional yet friendly manner.

The Part Time Sales Assistant will be flexible to work rotational weekend roster including late-night trade and will be exposed to opportunities to work in a variety of different areas of the store such as on the sales floor, front register to assist checkouts, fitting room assistance, and in the store reserves.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include staying on top of stock levels, connecting/consulting with, and understanding the customers to drive the store’s sales results, maintaining other in-store visual merchandising, and supporting duties.

You will need to be proactive, hands-on, and self-driven; you will thrive when provided with challenges and work well either in a team or autonomously. You will also be an individual flare who lives by fashion inspirations and trends, have an eye for fashion styling, desire to continuously exceed customers expectations, and will be an advantage if you have proven experience in retail (preferably fashion).
