Job summary

Bonds is hiring a part-time Sales Assistant for the Warrnambool store. This role offers 20.5 hours per week with rostered shifts on Mon, Tue, Thurs and Sunday, supporting customers with friendly, proactive service and helping create an inviting in-store experience.

Ideal candidates have a passion for retail and customer service, flexible availability, and a positive attitude. Previous fashion retail is helpful but not essential, with on-going training and staff discounts as part of our inclusive

About The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Part Time Sales Assistant to join the team at our Bonds, Warrnambool store.

This is a part-time position, 20.5 hours per week. Rostered days: Mon, Tues, Thurs & Sunday

• A genuine passion for retail and customer service — your best days are the ones where you’ve created memorable and empowering experiences for every customer
• Confidence to use your initiative — you’re proactive and enjoy getting things done, often jumping in to support before being asked
• Clear, positive, and approachable communication skills — you bring energy to every interaction and help create a welcoming in-store experience
• Flexibility — availability across weekdays, evenings, and weekends to support the team when needed
• Previous fashion retail experience is great, but not essential — we value attitude, willingness to learn, and a positive mindset
