Job summary

Fantastic Furniture in Launceston is seeking a motivated Individual for a part-time Warehouse position. You will support warehouse operations and may assist with store/showroom tasks, working closely with our passionate team to deliver excellent customer experiences.

Training will be provided for all aspects of the role. Ideal candidates bring warehouse experience or transferable skills, a readiness to learn, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse or labour-related role is advantageous.
• Willingness to learn all warehouse operations and support store/showroom activities.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform warehouse operations, with exposure to store/showroom tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer service at touchpoints.

An exciting opportunity for a Part Time Warehouse is now available at our Launceston store.

Our Retail Team Members are at the forefront of making life fantastic for our customers by providing an exceptional experience at every touch point. In this varied role, you will have an opportunity to learn all Warehouse operations, (including further exposure to our store/showroom operations), work collaboratively with passionate team members and explore plenty of opportunities to advance your career.

About You

We are looking for team members who are passionate about delighting customers, want to grow their career, and can be relied on to support our teams – sometimes at short notice.

You may bring with you some experience from a warehouse or labour related role, but we are also interested in speaking to people who are keen to bring transferable skills with them (full training will be provided)

As this role requires physical activity, you will enjoy being ‘on the go', and will need to be prepared to undergo a pre-employment medical check to ensure that you can safely perform the inherent requirements of the position.
