Qualifications

• Two+ years of experience coaching in a group environment.
• Certificate IV in Fitness or relevant strength & conditioning qualification.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Strong technical knowledge and ability to explain movements clearly.
• Understanding of the 98 brand, methodology and training culture.
• Availability for regular early-morning and weekend coaching.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 98 strength and conditioning sessions to a high standard.
• Clearly communicate purpose, structure and stimulus of each session.
• Coach movement with feedback and maintain room oversight.
• Scale and adapt training for different abilities without losing intent.
• Create sessions that are organized, engaging, safe and professional.
