Job summary

Northern NSW Local Health District is seeking a Permanent Part Time Registered Nurse to join the Alcohol and Other Drugs program across the Northern Rivers region. This 24-hour-per-week role supports people seeking assistance with alcohol and drug use and delivers person-centred care in a supportive team.

You will work within the Opioid Treatment Program, following standards set by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and local MoH/NNSWLHD policies, contributing to community health

Qualifications

• Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
• Australian citizen or permanent resident, or eligible to work in Australia.
• Permanent Part Time role with 24 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality person-centred nursing care within the Alcohol and Other Drugs sector.
• Work collaboratively across sites within the Opioid Treatment Program.
• Adhere to MoH and Northern NSW Local Health District policies and procedures.
