Carinity Fairfield Grange in Townsville seeks a Registered Nurse to provide compassionate, resident-centred care on a part-time roster that supports work-life balance. You'll mentor Personal Carers and Enrolled Nurses while delivering high-quality clinical care and participating in care planning.

With 2+ years nursing experience and current AHPRA registration, you’ll thrive in a supportive, not-for-profit aged care environment close to amenities.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum two years' recent nursing experience
• Demonstrated clinical competence within aged care
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Genuine passion for caring for older people

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality clinical and holistic care to residents
• Support and mentor Personal Carers and Enrolled Nurses
• Contribute to care planning and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Administer medications and manage clinical documentation
• Ensure compliance with aged care standards and best-practice care
• Foster positive relationships with residents, families and colleagues
• Help create a warm, welcoming and inclusive environment
