HammondCare Horsley is seeking experienced Part-time and Casual Registered Nurses to join our residential team. You will provide person-centred, relationship-focused care, support staff, and ensure high standards for residents.

As an RN, you will guide clinical decisions, mentor care staff, and uphold our resident comfort focus while using the LeeCare online reporting system. Commitment to inclusive care and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with AHPRA, 2–3 years’ aged care experience.
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends.
• Strong admin and computer skills; ability to manage care records.

Responsibilities

• Advise and support care delivery by the care staff.
• Educate and mentor in clinical areas and processes.
• Consult in case management and clinical decision making.
