Job summary

Fantastic Furniture is seeking energetic retail team members to join our stores across NSW. You will help deliver exceptional customer experiences, manage showroom operations and support the warehouse behind the scenes. We’ll sponsor a Certificate III in Retail to grow your retail career.

With stores open 7 days a week, we value flexibility, teamwork and a positive attitude. You’ll join a friendly, inclusive culture that rewards initiative and supports training and career growth.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused individuals with passion for helping others.
• Experience in sales, customer service or hospitality is valued.
• Training provided with full sponsorship for retail qualification.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store to create great shopping experiences.
• Support showroom operations and stock/display maintenance.
• Assist in warehouse tasks and order fulfillment as needed.

Your new role:

Join our Retail Team and become part of the everyday heroes who make our customers' lives fantastic. You'll be at the heart of providing exceptional experiences in our stores, mastering everything from the showroom operations to the behind-the-scenes action in the warehouse. You'll have plenty of opportunity to grow your retail career-and we’ll back that promise by offering you a fully-sponsored Certificate III in Retail!

With our stores open 7 days a week, we're on the lookout for team members you who have availability across the week or flexibility to cover multiple shifts, especially during peak times to service our customers.
