Job summary

The Reject Shop is looking for a Part Time Team Leader to support store operations and lead shifts when a Store Manager is not available. You will help guide the team, ensure great customer experiences and manage day-to-day tasks in a dynamic retail environment.

This role is ideal for someone pursuing retail management, with training provided to build leadership skills and advance into future leadership opportunities within the store network.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and exposure to team leadership (preferred).
• Strong communication and customer service mindset.
• Ability to lead and support a team during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Leading shifts and supporting the smooth operation of the store.
• Supporting and guiding team members to follow store operational and safety processes.
• Acting as a point of contact for the team when management is not present.
• Assisting customers and delivering friendly, helpful service.
• Operating registers and handling transactions.
• Stocking shelves and maintaining store presentation.
• Supporting day-to-day store operations and priorities.
