Job summary

Marenwood Child & Adolescent Psychology Croydon VIC is seeking a psychologist with General AHPRA registration to deliver assessment, formulation and therapy for children and adolescents. You will work within a supportive, collaborative team, with flexible hours and a mix of face-to-face and telehealth sessions.

The role offers part-time hours (2–4 days/week) with a competitive salary, superannuation, a performance bonus and a CPD allowance, plus admin support to focus on clinical care.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as Psychologist (General Registration) in Australia.
• Strong clinical skills across assessment and intervention with a client-centred approach.
• Excellent communication, time management and record-keeping abilities.
• Collaborative team player in a small practice setting and committed to learning.
• Interest in or experience with neurodevelopmental assessments.
• Strong organisational skills and effective time management.
• Willingness to learn, grow and contribute to team success.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments and diagnostic interviews.
• Develop collaborative treatment plans and maintain clinical documentation.
• Provide psychological interventions for diverse presenting difficulties.
• Participate in case consultation and peer supervision.
• Engage with referrers and community services to support outcomes.
• Contribute to quality improvement and client feedback processes.
