Job summary

Family Doctor Pty Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Practice Nurse to join our Brightwater Medical Centre team on a part-time basis. You will deliver clinical care in a supportive General Practice, focusing on patient education and comprehensive nursing duties.

The successful candidate will be AHPRA registered and experienced in a busy GP setting, with opportunities for mentorship, CPD access, and ongoing professional development in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA Registration.
• Background working in a busy General Practice and/or primary health setting.
• Experience in Chronic Disease Management and Health Assessments (an advantage).
• Ability to perform all general practice nurse duties (immunisations, procedure assistance, wound dressing, stock ordering).
• Ability to work autonomously with the skills to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide immunisations and procedure assistance.
• Wound dressing and wound care support.
• Stock ordering and practice supply management.
